Within easy walking distance of campus and close to a variety of local amenities and leisure facilities, Liberty Park is privately managed by Unite Students.

Flats have either four or five bedrooms, with each featuring a 3/4 bed and en suite facilities.

Within each flat there is a kitchen with a cooker, fridge, freezer and a microwave. The lounge and dining area has a breakfast bar and stools, easy chairs and sofas with a coffee table, plus a notice board and television point.

There is a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, ironing board and a kitchen bin in each flat. 

High speed internet access is included in the cost of rent. TV connection points are available in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/ lounge area (a co-axial cable is required).

The hall features CCTV, a secure electronic entry system and 24-hour security presence, covered bicycle storage and card-operated laundry facilities (£3.30 per wash, £1.90 per dry).

There is also an onsite gym, exclusive to residents, included in the cost of rent. A communal common room with a variety of games, including pool, table tennis and air hockey, is also available to students.

  2. Rent and costs

    Premium en suite, £134.40 per week, inclusive of all bills, 43 week contract total: £5,779.20

    A UK guarantor is required. Without one, you will be required to pay your rent in full at the time of booking.

    2023/24

    Premium en suite, £122.00 per week, inclusive of all bills. UK/EU/International student total: £5,124.00

    A UK guarantor is required. Without one, you will be required to pay your rent in full at the time of booking.

  3. Rent instalments 2024/25

    Premium en suite, UK/ EU students, three instalments:

    • 02 October 2024: £2,311.68            
    • 22 January 2025: £2,311.68  
    • 23 April 2025: £1,155.84

    Premium en suite, International students can pay in full or 2 instalments:

    • 31 July 2024: £2,889.60            
    • 6 January 2025: £2,889.60  
  4. Additional (and important) rent considerations

    Please be sure to check payment dates and amounts prior to making your booking. Not all payment options fall in line with your student loan. The first instalment is not due until shortly after you arrive. Your student loan is not usually deposited until after you have enrolled on your course.

    Payments can be made by debit card or credit card or by direct debit, bank transfers can be used for customers with no other ways of making payment.

    The rent instalments should be made directly to Unite Group.
