Hints and tips on completing your personal statement

All applicants are required to complete a personal statement within the application form. Tailor your personal statement using the criteria specified within the person specification. As our system can time out after thirty minutes, please draft your personal statement on a separate document before completing the application form.

It is important to provide specific examples from your past work experiences to demonstrate how you meet the specified criteria within the person specification. To help you structure a clear and concise example, we would advise you to use the STAR technique. STAR stands to situation, task, action & result.

If you have specific questions about a vacancy, feel free to contact us or if you are good to go, we look forward to receiving your application!
