The DMU staff and student allotment has moved to its new home behind the Queen’s Building. To celebrate the opening of the new location, we invite students and staff to take part in two planting events at the allotment, which will take place on:
- Wednesday 6 March between 1–3pm
- Wednesday 20 March between 1–3pm
Led by DMU Head Gardener Dan Kirk and the DMU Sustainability Team, the events will be a mix of students and staff working to plant shrubs and seeds at the allotment. Spaces are limited but there will be further opportunities to get involved in more planting and working on the allotment over the coming weeks and months.
