We know that attending an Open Day can be overwhelming with so much to experience and see. To help you get the most from your visit, we have summarised some of the most common queries to help you prepare.
What to expect from a DMU Open Day
- Some of our Open Days have an extra special theme to showcase all that we have to offer. In July for example, visitors learned about the city and the partnerships that DMU have within the local community.

You will have the chance to tour our transformed campus and accommodation with 12 halls of residence all within a 10 minute distance from the campus. Best of all our campus is less than five minutes away from the city centre.

You can find out more about your course and the facilities as well as participating in subject-specific talks allowing you to speak to academics, current students and get involved in practical demonstrations to give you an insight into the course.
