With 80 per cent of training conducted in the workplace and 20 per cent through structured learning, your team members can continue contributing to your business while advancing their education.

New for 2025 are:

Whatever your sector, DMU’s apprenticeship programmes are closely aligned with current and future skills needs – helping you develop a smarter, more resilient workforce.

Many of these programmes are eligible for levy funding or other financial support, making them a cost-effective way to invest in people development. DMU is also offering East Midlands businesses access to its own levy funds to support their ambitions

Apprenticeships are not only a route into work for young people, they’re a tool for transformation. Staff already within your organisation can enrol to gain qualifications and grow into new roles, helping you retain talent and fill skills gaps from within.

With new intakes launching in autumn, you can secure places for your team and plan development pathways that align with your business goals. The application process is straightforward, and our team is here to support you every step of the way.

* DMU’s apprenticeships are employer-led so potential learners must have a job in a relevant field and an employer willing to support the application.
