̨ÍåÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Leicester (DMU) has launched a new online survey designed to determine how the coronavirus pandemic is affecting businesses in Leicester and Leicestershire.
The survey – which can be found – takes 10 minutes to fill in. DMU aims to use the findings to help plan how best to support companies at this time.
It aims to identify any gaps in training, funding knowledge and support businesses need in digital developments. Questions range from the level of digital skills held by team members to how businesses are planning to develop their online presence.
Jackie Cooper, business support officer, said: “Here at DMU we are putting together a comprehensive business support plan for Leicestershire businesses. So, we need to understand what your business needs to grow and build as the Covid-19 crisis reduces.
“The survey compliments the gap analysis being carried out. Both elements will inform DMU of what your business needs. So, please help us to help you build back better and complete the survey.”
Responders’ contact details will not be shared and no individual businesses will be identified in any reports produced.
