I completed my PhD in Chemistry in 2014 at the University of Birmingham. Following this I worked at Diamond Light Source, the UK’s national synchrotron science facility, on the high resolution powder diffraction beamline, for three years as a postdoctoral researcher.
Prior to my role at DMU, I worked at Birmingham City University, where I supported engineering, computing and business academics in all aspects of the research project life-cycle including bid development and pre-awards, in-life research performance monitoring, post project impact tracking and publications.
