Personal profile

I am a coach and coach educator with a particular interest in providing an education in sustainable development. My coaching approach is integrative and informed by a 20-year career spanning international sport coaching and work as an accredited sport psychologist (combining cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic approaches). As a qualified executive coach and organisational developer, and a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, I draw on a range of models, methods and approaches to maximise the effectiveness of my work with clients and organisations but always, the focus is on the quality of the coaching relationship.
