Dr Omo Adeola-Omole is a professional academic practitioner in the economics and business management field with experience of developing and delivering academic and executive programmes, engagement in accreditations and validations, with a strong commitment to student employability and corporate engagement.
Omo is the Programme lead for BA (Hons) Business Management and Senior Lecturer in Business Management at Leicester Castle Business School, School of Leadership, Management and Marketing. Omo had previously worked at the Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University Aberdeen for four years as well as at British Telecoms and Royal Bank of Scotland prior to joining DMU. She is very dedicated to driving innovative approaches through industry alliance to Business education.
Omo strongly advocates the need for business education to integrate critical thinking and ideas generation around information technology, business resilience, entrepreneurship, and innovation. She consistently drives for a globally competitive curriculum by bringing together both academic theory and advanced exposure to real-world business practices to meet the needs of the rapidly changing business environment through her teachings. She has supervised and examined various PhD and DBA students.
