With over 16 years of teaching experience within Higher Education, complemented by 10 years within the dynamic landscape of Food Manufacturing, I bring a wealth of expertise and passion for nurturing the academic and practical growth of students.

Throughout my career journey, I've honed my skills in imparting knowledge and fostering an environment conducive to learning. My multifaceted background allows me to offer a holistic perspective to students, bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world applications.

In addition to teaching traditional campus based students, one of my greatest joys lies in supporting work-based learners as they navigate the intricacies of academia and apply their newfound understanding directly within their professional spheres. I firmly believe in empowering individuals to develop not only their academic competencies but also the confidence to effectively utilise theory within the workplace. My teaching philosophy revolves around fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore, question, and innovate.

With a deep-rooted commitment to academic excellence and a penchant for instilling practical skills, I am dedicated to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
